IMS Products is proud to announce its new Adventure Tank for the KLR 650. This tank fits all models from 1987-2011 and is 10 gallons. We designed this tank with the rider in mind, keeping the outside of the tank almost identical to the stock specifications. The fuel capacity of the tank has also been kept as low as possible to ensure a low center of gravity. This tank uses a pre installed internal lift pump to allow the rider to keep fuel as low as possible, while still ensuring the entire capacity is usable.
IMS is also proud to announce that for the first time, this tank will be available with the option to utilize your OEM locking fuel cap. When ordering this option, the tank will come pre plumbed and will use the same venting procedures as the stock tank, with no need to install a vent fitting. (OEM locking cap not included).
This tank is available in black and natural colors with the screw cap and OEM locking cap style tanks. MSRP on this tank is $550.00 and it is available now.
